Starting as a trading company, ZHENSHUO has now become a business entity gradually by participating in bearings manufacture. In 2013, our production base (Xinchang Puyou Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.) for inner and outer rings of bearings was established. With an area of 26,000 square meters, this production base is large enough to complete large scale production for various types of inner and outer rings, such as ball bearing rings, taper roller bearing rings, and cylindrical roller bearing rings, non-standard bearing rings, as well as customized irregular shaped rings. Our production capacity can reach 15 million sets per month.
ZHENSHUO bearing rings are available with inner diameter ranging from 10mm-150mm, which can be manufactured from steel tube or forging steel bar depending on the required size. When processing rings with inner diameter ranging from 10mm-50mm, steel tubes are used as the raw material. The production process involves tube cutting, centerless and end-face grinding, turning, washing and cleaning, heat treatment; bearing rings with inner diameter ranging from 55mm-150mm are made using forging steel bar, which undergo forging, annealing, blasting cleaning, turning, heat treatment. Heat treatment is a crucial step in the process that gives our bearing rings their characteristics of outstanding stability and hardness. Our company is equipped with advanced production lines for the automatic heat treatment and cutting-edge furnaces. This enables us to provide bearing manufacturers with one-stop bearing rings with high quality and performance.
The company invested in Zhejiang Xiangyu Seal Parts Factory in 2014, specializing in the production of various types of bearing seals, bearing shields, automobile oil seals, special rubber oil seals and various rubber parts. The processing range is 16mm-150mm in diameter. The company has complete rubber production and testing equipment, which can realize the research and development of rubber parts for various purposes, especially related products of magnetic rubber seals. The company annually produces 80 million pieces of bearing seals, 20 million pieces of various oil seals and rubber parts. In addition to nitrile rubber products, we can also provide special rubber products, working at temperature between -60, and +300 celsius, and high wear resistance products to meet the demands of different customers.
In order to further expand business scale, ZHENSHUO has established manufacturing plant to produce deep groove ball bearings in 2016. Coupled with strict quality control system, the manufacturing plant is equipped with advanced automatic production lines and assembly lines to offer customers with high quality quiet-running ball bearings.
Furthermore, we have a broad range of bearing parts and bearings to satisfy customers’ specific needs, such as various types of bearing cages, rolling elements, taper roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, agricultural bearings, as well as non-standard bearings.
Based on the demands of customers and aftermarket, ZHENSHUO built a modern three-dimensional warehouse of 2000 square meters in Hangzhou in 2016, mainly engaged in automotive wheel bearing repair kits business. The warehouse now stores more than 1,000 types of various auto wheel bearing repair kits (based on SKF standard VKBA models), and more than 500 models of various wheel bearings (units), including generation 1, generation 2, and generation 3 for customers' choice.
All of our manufacturing plants have ISO9001 and IATF16949 certificates. Our customers include SKF in Indonesia, FAG in South Korea, HARP in Ukraine, NSK in Guizhou, ART in Turkey, URB-EUROPE in Netherlands, USF in Egypt, TPI in Taiwan.
