Industrial Bearings

ZHENSHUO manufactures and provides deep groove ball bearings and various roller bearings which are featured by high precision and low friction. Our bearings are suitable for high speed applications where low noise level and minimal friction are crucial.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearing is the most common type of all rolling bearings. ZHENSHUO’s deep groove ball bearings are featured by high precision, low noise and long service life. They can handle both radial and axial loads, allow easy mounting and require less maintenance compared to other bearing types. Due to low torque, these ball bearings ensure low power loss and are ideal for high speed rotation applications. Our deep groove ball bearings come in a wide range of sizes, outer diameter of 22-300mm and inner diameter of 8-200mm. Non-standard bearings in Inch size are also available. We have advanced measuring and testing equipment and measurement procedures for guaranteeing the reliability and stability of finished bearings.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, and are able to accommodate large radial loads and take some axial loads in either direction. These double-row spherical roller bearings are suitable for vibration or heavy load applications, but can not handle pure axial loads. To mount a spherical roller bearing having a tapered bore with a taper of either 1:12 (designation suffix K, 153000 series / 113000 series) or 1:30 (designation suffix K30), the inner ring can be moved in a radial direction to adjust the radial internal clearance of the bearing.

Taper Roller Bearings

Taper Roller Bearings

Taper roller bearings are suitable for applications where high radial loads in combination with axial loads occur. These bearings have a higher load capacity comparing to angular contact ball bearings. Taper roller bearings are able to withstand axial loads in one direction, and can limit axial displacement in one direction of shaft or housing. Taper roller bearings are usually separate bearings, this means that inner ring assembly (inner race, rolling element and cage) and outer ring (outer race) can be mounted separately.

Bearing Cages

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Because the linear contact between rolling elements and raceway, these cylindrical roller bearings are featured by higher radial load capacity and are suitable for high speed applications. Depending on the existence or absence of side ribs (flanges), cylindrical roller bearings are classified into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF types of single row cylindrical roller bearings, and NNU, NN types of double row cylindrical roller bearings. The inner and outer rings of all types adopt separable design. The cylindrical roller bearings are generally fitted with pressed steel sheet cages or machined brass cages, and sometimes molded polyamide cages are also used.
